Meet Cheryl Harris Sutton

Cheryl Harris Sutton, MSHA, CPEC, SPCC, SPRC, CVP, is the President and Chief Leadership Strategist of Harris Sutton Enterprises, Inc. A former three-time corporate Vice President, Cheryl brings more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience, including deep expertise in complex healthcare environments. Her professional journey began as a temporary receptionist and progressed to senior executive leadership. That experience gives Cheryl a grounded understanding of advancement, visibility, organizational dynamics, strategic responsibility, and the courage required to lead at higher levels. Today, Cheryl partners with organizations and professionals as a leadership coach and strategist. She combines behavioral assessment, one-on-one and group coaching, facilitation, and practical development experiences to help leaders strengthen communication, judgment, resilience, and team effectiveness. Her healthcare executive experience helps her connect individual growth to the realities of leading people and delivering results.
